1-5 days express delivery (UK)

At the moment, we currently offer 1-5 days express shipping as we are currently working as a small team. As we get bigger we will be able to expand our packing team and offer better delivery times across the UK. All orders are shipped Royal mail or DPD tracked 24, which is technically next day delivery. However, this is all dependent on how quick our team can get your orders shipped to the courier. 

International deliveries

Due to Brexit and the surge of fraud outside the UK, we will not be taking any International orders through the website. If you're living outside the UK and you want to order from us, you must contact us directly and  provide us with all your details. Including your ID and proof of delivery address. This is to protect our business from fraudulent transactions and to help keep our customers safe. Thankyou.

My Item Says its been Delivered, But it hasnt?

If your tracking states that your item has been delivered but it hasn't, we advice you to check with all your neighbors first. If its not there, please check your local delivery depot or local post office. In this Unfortunate circumstance, we advice you to open a claim with our courier service if none of the above procedures work. You will not be eligible for a refund as we cant prove that the item has been delivered or not so its in your hands to find out what has happened to the parcel. We are happy to step in and help if the courier service needs any extra information from us. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. 

I think my item maybe lost, what happens next?

We can only fully accept items as being lost if its surpassed the 30 day delivery end date. If you havent received your item before the 30 days, we cant determine whether its lost until its reached the 30 day period. Once its reached the 30 day period, we can then mark the order as lost and arrange an exchange or refund. For example, if you ordered on the 1st March and your order still hasnt arrived after the 1st April, then we can step in and help.

Brexit and custom charges

Due to the changes in EU Brexit conditions, we will not be entitled to pay any custom charges for your order. As a small running company, we cannot afford to cover these fees due to small profit margins on each sale.
